BHR HollyWood Reports Alicia Keys is closing in on a deal to buy Eddie Murphy's $12 million mansion in New Jersey.

The 'New Day' singer has shown interest in the sprawling five-acre estate that comes with a bowling alley, indoor swimming pool and recording studio.

"The closing has been delayed for months but they're almost there," said a local real estate source to the New York  Daily News.

"When she closes, she'll buy the two-acre lot behind the house, too."

It's believed that the 15-time Grammy winner will reside at the private haven with her husband Swizz Beatz and their son Egypt.
