BHR HollyWood Report Kim Kardashian is not enjoying the increased papparazi attention since Kanye West's sex tape leaked.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians, who was snapped taking a stroll along a beach in Miami with sister Kourtney, sent a tweet to her followers implying it wasn't a happy day trip.

"Not so relaxing day at the beach today," the 31-year-old tweeted to her followers on the social networking site with a photo of herself surrounded by the papparazi and onlookers.

On the reality stars' return from her promo trip Down Under, it was revealed that her beau Kanye West's sextape was leaked featuring a Kim look-a-like.
