The Americas Next Top Model host looked barely recognisable as she stepped out for her daily work out without a hint of make-up.

Working up a sweat, the 38-year-old jogged along the Hudson river In NYC sporting a black jacket, legging, headscarf and baseball cap.

From the grimaces the former model was pulling, it was clear that her early morning routine was a struggle.
