Tisha Campbell & Duane Martin Are Sued Over $400k For House Loan Payments

BHR HollyWood Report My Wife and Kids star, Tisha Campbell-Martin and her husband Duane Martin are being sued for over $400k for not paying back a mortgage loan.

The couple are being sued by the City National Bank for $430,000 over a home equity loan they took out in 2008 and have failed to pay back.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ.com, the 43-year-old actress and her husband Duane took out a $625k loan in 2008 for their waterfront home in Lake Arrowhead, California.

The gossip site reported that the couple still owed more than $730k on their mortgage for the home by a second bank - Aurora bank.

The couple had defaulted on both their loans owed to the two banks.

A represnative for the former ‘Martin’ star and her husband has pointed out that the bank had received a $400 million government subsidy to help people like the couple through the mortgage crisis in 2008.

The couple are now threatening to sue the City National Bank on the grounds of discrimination against them.
