She a Strong Woman!!! Evelyn Lozada Tearfully Opens Up On Chad Johnson Assault

BHR HollyWood Report Evelyn Lozada has opened up about the end of her marriage to Chad Johnson and his assault on her for the first time.

The Basketball Wives star sat down for an interview with Amy Robach for ABC's Nightline in which she describes the moment former Miami Dolphins player Chad head-butted her during an argument on August 11.

Through tears, Evelyn explained how she found a receipt for condoms in their car as they were driving home, before he allegedly attacked her.

"And then the next thing I know, he grabbed me by here (points to her head) and he head-butted me," Evelyn said.

"I felt blood coming down my face, and I looked at him and I said, "You just head-butted me?' And it just -- everything just felt if it was in slow motion."

Evelyn then explained that while she still loves Chad, she isn't ready to come face to face with him.
"It would have to take some time. I love him very much and I think us being away from each other is the right thing," she went on to say.

"What is he going to say, 'sorry?'I would like for him to tell me that he got help. And that he is working on himself. I always, when I talk to my sister or my girlfriend, say I want the best for him. I really do."

"He's a good guy who made a bad choice. He loves football, he's very driven and he is a great dad."

"He made a bad choice that destroyed his life. I hate that im connected to that, I do, but it was his choice, it wasn't mine."

Evelyn filed for divorce from Chad in the days after the incident and just five weeks after they married, citing their maarriage was "irretrievably broken".  I'm Big Blac This Is Your BHR HollyWood Report
