BHR HollyWood Report Rihanna and Chris Brown shocked onlookers when they embraced at the Video Music Awards Last night.

The Bajan songstress approached the 'Turn Up The Music' singer as she walked by his seat and leant in to hug him and what looked like to give him a kiss on his cheek.

Other media oulets have also reported that RiRi loving rubbed her ex-lover's blonde shaven hair before she also said hello to rapper Akon's brother.

It was reported that the 23-year-old would not attend the VMAs after his reps said he would be a no-show.

However, days leading up to the music event, HollywoodLife.com reported that Rihanna had been texting Breezy, trying to convince him to make an appearance.
