He's Taking Legal Action!!!!!Memphitz Files Lawsuit Against VH1 For Promoting Him As Abuser

BHR HollyWood Report Memphitz is taking action against VH1 for allowing his "character to be assassinated" during filming of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.

The rapper has been at the source of controversy after ex-girlfriend K. Michelle revealed she was abused by a past lover during episode one of the hit show, drawing many to conclude Memphitz was the abuser.

"My family and I have suffered tremendously while VH-1, Monami Ent., and the other companies provided a worldwide platform for K. Michelle to repeatedly assassinate my character," reads a statement by Memphitz obtained by Singersroom.com.

"The filing of this suit is to compensate for the irreparable damage that has been done to my reputation and to deter these companies from doing such of uture harm to others. – Mickey "Memphitz" Wright."

Memphitz, who is now married to Lil Wayne's ex Toya Wright, has always denied the claims he hit K.

Michelle and even revealed that she the abusive one in their relationship.
