He has some way of Keeping You Laughing!!!Kevin Hart To Restrain Kanye West During VMAs After Taylor Swift Incident

BHR HollyWood Report MTV Video Music Awards host Kevin Hart has joked that he strap a seatbelt on Kanye West to prevent him from storming the stage again tomorrow like he did in the controversial 2009 incident.

The 'Mercy' rapper infamously jumped onto the stage during the 2009 VMAs to interrupt country singer Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech, after she picked up the prize for Best Female Video, and insisted Beyonce was the worthier winner.

But now stand-up comedian Hart has insisted that he is not taking any chances this year, and told BANG Showbiz:

''What we did this year was we banned the artists who could embarrass themselves."

''With Kanye we’ve got a seatbelt for his seat that he can’t get out of, little things that they never thought of in the past to make sure it all goes ok this year,'' added Hart light-heartedly.

While this is Kevin’s first time hosting the VMAs, he did admit that the event should show celebs that they can be able to laugh at themselves, adding,

''No, actually I hope someone does something stupid though, that’s what it’s all about.''

The 32-year-old Think Like A Man actor also warned that no-one’s off limits when it comes to poking fun, continuing,

''People come in as if they’re perfect and we show them that they’re not. We’re here to have fun.''

The MTV VMA’s will take place at the Los Angeles Staples Center on Thursday, September 6.
