Gucci Mane Ordered To Pay $60K To Assault Victim

BHR HollyWood Report Rapper Gucci Mane has been ordered pay a hefty lawsuit of nearly $60,000 for pushing a woman out of his moving car last year.

The 'Trap Back' rapper was hit with a lawsuit to pay $58,161 in damages to victim Diana Graham for medical expenses, loss of wages and pain and suffering caused by the fall when he failed to show up to court, according to TMZ.

In 2011 the rapper, real name Radric Davis, was accused of shoving Diana Graham out of his moving car in Atlanta Georgia.

The rapper in 2011 pleaded guilty to two counts of battery, reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct for which he was ordered to serve six months in jail and completed half of his sentence.
