Crazy Requests...is she Right ..Jennifer Lopez Bans Staff From Looking Her 'In The Eyes'

BHR HollyWood Report Pop superstar Jennifer Lopez is literally living up to diva label, after banning her staff from speaking, or even looking at her.

The 'On The Floor' singer, who is currently in the process of building a new mansion in San Fernando, California, has reportedly banned workers who are building the house, from interacting with her.

''She has made it clear that if any of the contractors, drivers or domestic help made eye contact or speak to her she will not be impressed," a source told the Daily Star.

''This is despite the fact this is a long-term project so some of the workers will be on site for up to a year.''
Despite her stand-offish requests, the 43-year-old American Idol judge recently insisted that her demands don’t categorise her as a 'diva.'

Lopez is adamant that she doesn’t ask for anything extraordinary backstage during her shows, only that she is particular about the things she wants.

''I think people love to look at them (riders) and go, 'Oh my God she wants M&M’s…she’s crazy!' I think everyone has their list of things that makes you feel uncomfortable…like a certain kind of potato chip or water. I think the crazy ones are made up,'' she said.

Added the Bronx-born Latina,
''I’m not a drinker. I think my mum just ingrained in us since we were very small that it was just not a good thing to do so I just never got into it.''
