Chad Johnson Gives First Interview Since Assaulting Evelyn Lozada

BHR HollyWood Report Chad Johnson has given his first interview surrounding the ugly head-butting incident with his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada.

The NBA star addressed the fateful day that resulted in his axing from team The Miami Dolphins and divorce in an interview with NFL Live, due to air in the US tonight.

"First off I had an altercation with my wife, we all know it's no secret and the consequences of that altercation was me being released by the Miami Dolphins," Chad said during filming, which took place on the same day his divorce was finalised.

"I lost two things that I love: football... and being married, being a husband, being a lover. It was an honour and I lost that."

"And they have that saying, 'you never know what you've lost until it's gone,' and know I finally know what they mean," he added.

The former Miami Dolphin star also went on to explain his future steps will be to go on a healing journey where he can figure out "who Chad Johnson is and where he went wrong", starting with anger management classes.

Revealing that it will be a solitary mission as he no longer speaks to Basketball Wives star and his former wife, Evelyn.

"There's nothing I can say to her because she's already heard it all ... what can I say ... actions speak louder than words and this is the time for me to show action."
