Was She All About The Fame? Evelyn Lozada Filed For Divorce Immediately After 'Ev & Chad' Got Cancelled

BHR HollyWood Reports According to reports Evelyn Lozada only filed for a divorce from Chad Johnson once she found out their new spin-off show had been cancelled.

The Basketball Wives star and NFL player were in the process of filming scenes for their spin-off show Ev & Chad, which was shelved after the married couple got into physical fight, resulting in Chad head-butting Evelyn.

The Chicago Sun Times have reported that the reality vixen contacted her lawyer about divorce proceeding once she got wind their reality show had been dropped.

"She was really pissed. … Evelyn is all about fame and self-promotion," a source told the newspaper.

"Once she realised that marriage [to Johnson] wasn’t working to help that - she was out. …" the source added.

"She's tough and could handle the abuse, though most of it with Chad was verbal. But she can't stand the chance of not being in the public eye anymore."
