Usher Wins Primary Custody Of Sons In Tameka Foster Custody Battle!

BHR HollyWood Reports  Usher has been awarded primary custody of his two sons at the end of an emotional and bitter custody battle with his ex-wife Tameka Foster.

The 'Scream' singer has been battling back and forth in court with Tameka for months in a bid to remove the joint custody settlement and claim majority responsibility of their two young sons, Usher Raymond V and Daviyd Ely.

TMZ reports the court awarded Usher primary custody of the boys meaning they will spend the majority of their time with the singer, leaving Tameka with few visitation rights.

The case saw both parties hurl wild accusations at one another, including Tameka alleging Usher used drugs in front of their children and was too busy with his career to take care of them; while Usher branded Tameka "incapable of parenting" and "emotionally unstable".

Earlier this week, Usher was found guilty of contempt of court for cutting off Tameka's credit card which she used to help fund her work.

While Tameka still retains some custodial rights, it isn't known how often she will be able to see Usher V and Daviyd.

The court's ruling comes amid an emotionally challenged period for Tameka, whose 11-year-old son Kile Glover, died last month after being left brain dead following a jet ski accident. I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
