BHR HollyWood Reports Usher and Tameka Foster appeared in court yesterday to continue their child custody battle over their sons, Naviyd and Usher Raymond V.

According to celebrity correspondant Kevin Frazer, the proceedings got off to an intense start, with details of Usher's lifestyle being questioned.

The 'Climax' singer was grilled over photos provided to the court room of himself and various women.
The singer was asked: "What were you doing in this situation with this woman?" and numerous other questions alluding to an "out of control" lifestyle.

The court also heard how Usher told his ex-wife to move on and see other people - which she responded to by asking how he would feel having other men around her sons?

Usher has been labelled "insensitve" by Tameka Foster's close friends for pressing ahead with the custody hearing, despite buring his stepson, Kile Glover, two weeks ago.  I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
