This Could Get Nasty...Olivier Martinez To Testify In Halle Berry Custody Trial

BHR HollyWood Reports Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez will testify in her custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, to back up her argument about the paparazzi, according to reports.

The Oscar award-winning actress is currently fighting Gabriel to seek permission to move to France with their four-year-old daughter, as she is fed up with the paparazzi invading their privacy.

The 44-year-old is making the argument that France have strict laws against photographers taking photos of young children in public, hence why she would feel safer bringing up her daughter there.

According to TMZ, Halle's lawyers are hoping to call Olivier to the stand to testify about his experience with the paparazzi in Paris - his hometown - and will detail how the paparazzi are more respective of celebrities there.

The website also reveals that Gabriel's case is crumbling as he is struggling to build his argument and hasn't yet brought forward strong enough witnesses.  I'm Big Blac This IS Your BHR HollyWood Report
