Snoop Dogg Says Hip-Hop Is Ready For Gay Rappers!

BHR HollyWood Reports Snoop Dogg has said he thinks hip-hop is gradually becoming more accepting of gay artists.

The legendary rapper rose to fame himself through spouting anti-gay lyrics and embracing a gangster lifestyle - but has admitted back then was a different time.

"People are learning how to live and get along more, and accept people for who they are and not bash them or hurt them because they’re different," the Dogg Father is quoted as saying by The Salt Lake Tribune.

Touching briefly on Frank Ocean's admission to loving a man, the rapper added: "When I was growing up, you could never do that and announce that."

"There would be so much scrutiny and hate and negativity, and no one would step [forward] to support you because that’s what we were brainwashed and trained to know."
