Shady Guy!!!!!!!!Kris Humphries Tried To Secretly Subpoena Kanye West In Divorce Trial

BHR HollyWood Reports Kris Humphries tried to secretly subpoena Kim Kardashian's current boyfriend Kanye West in his divorce trial with the reality star.

Both Kim and Kris' lawyers, Laura Wasser and Marshall Waller respectively, attended court today to attempt to agree a way to resolve the divorce as quickly as possible. According to TMZ, the court heard that Kris' lawyer engineered a plan to serve a subpoena to Kanye by putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kim's Los Angeles home.

During the hearing today, Wasser told the judge that Kim has already racked up $250,000 attorney fees, and expects Kris to pay every cent. When Wasser asked why it's so important to Kris to seek annulment rather than have a straight up divorce, his lawyer Waller didn't reply.
