Kourtney Kardashian 'Exhausting' Herself Looking After Mason & Penelope

BHR HollyWood Reports Kourtney Kardashian is said to be "exhausting" herself looking after her two-year-old son Mason and newborn daughter Penelope Scotland.

The 33-year-old gave birth a month ago to her second child with partner Scott Disick, but left friends and family concerned when she checked out of hospital just hours after Penelope was born. She has been "running herself ragged" since with the late nights and is surviving on little sleep everyday.

"She did herself no favours by leaving the hospital just a few hours after the delivery, rather than resting up and enjoying professional help," a source close to the reality star told OK! magazine.

"But Kourt being Kourt, she wanted to get straight home and do things her way. She's surviving on very little sleep-sometimes just a couple of hours a night if she's lucky."

The worried friend says Kourtney, who stepped out for the first time since the birth at her half-sister's birthday party earlier this month, needs to learn to share the intense workload with her partner Scott and other family members.

"And she's having to take care of two children. It's intense and would be a lot to handle for anyone. She's constantly exhausted and getting quite cranky," the insider added.

"She's going to run out of energy, and needs to delegate some of the responsibility-whether it's cooking, cleaning or diaper changing-if only just to give herself some [rest]!"  I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report.........   GET SOME REST Kourtney.
