The 31-year-old reality star has been dating the 'Mercy' rapper since early this year and has gushed endlessly about him being her perfect soulmate.
A source revealed to In Touch magazine that: "Kim is ready to have babies and talks about it all the time."
While another source admitted that the reality vixen, who has been on birth control since she was 15-years-old, is taking "the necessary measures" to fall pregnant.
