Chris Brown's Lawyer Brands Drake Brawl Lawsuit As 'Frivolous'

BHR HollyWood Reports A legal representative for Chris Brown has blasted the $15 million (£9.38 million) lawsuit over his infamous brawl with Canadian rapper Drake in June, branding it "frivolous."

The two artists and their entourages clashed during a night our in New York’s exclusive W.i.P. club, where the brawl is believed to have erupted after Drake and Brown exchanged words over Bajan beauty Rihanna, whom both have been romantically involved with.

During the brawl, seven people were said to have been injured, including basketball ace Tony Parker, an unaffiliated bystander whose eye was seriously injured during the altercation.

Executives at Entertainment Enterprised. Ltd., the company which owns the Manhattan hotspot, has decided to personally sue the two rappers.

However one person who is less than impressed with the legal action is Brown’s spokesperson.

According to TMZ, editors claim a representative for the 23-year-old told them that Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos branded it ''a frivolous lawsuit.''

The suit alleges that Brown and Drake caused the brawl ''in circumvention of the venue’s extensive security measures'' and should bear all responsibility for the damage caused and for the damage to the club’s reputation.

The current owners of the club face have already faced suits over the fracas, including a $20 million claim from Parker. I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
