Chad Johnson Found Guilty Of Assaulting Girlfriend Before Evelyn Lozada

BHR HollyWood Reports Chad Johnson's alleged attack on wife Evelyn Lozada may not be the first time he's put his hands on a woman details of his criminal past has come to light.

The former Miami Dolphins player was arrested last weekend after allegedly head-butting his wife of five weeks Evelyn, during an argument which was caused after she discovered a receipt for condoms in their car.
TMZ now reports that Chad has a history of domestic violence after he was accused of hitting his ex-girlfriend in 2000.

According to documents, Chad was arrested for misdemeanour domestic battery in Los Angeles 12 years ago after the victim told police Chad had slapped her in the face. Chad, who was 22 at the time, pled no contest and the court found him guilty of domestic battery. He was then sentenced to three years probation and ordered to serve 45 days in jail.

However, he managed to agree a deal which kept him out of jail in return for completing 30 days of grafitti removal work and a 12 month counseling program. After stalling the community service and counseling for two years, a judge added 15 days of graffiti removal and Chad finally completed the requirements in 2002.

Chad is expected to return to court in the near future to enter a plea in his case of his alleged assault against Evelyn.  I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
