Tameka Foster Using Usher's Stalker To Score Points In Custody Case Low Blow!

Tameka Foster is planning to take full advantage of Usher's stalker plight and is planning on using it against him in their ongoing custody trial.

The 'Climax' singer's ex-wife plans to bring the issue up in court to prove the kids are not safe with him.

Acccording to a TMZ source, Foster is fearful for her kids because the stalker was able to get so close to Usher's house although he lives in a gated community.

The sources also revealed that the couples two sons were present at the star's Atlanta mansion when Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw tried to enter it, and said that when the trial resumes in August, Tameka is crossing her fingers that the incident will help sway the court in her favour.
