BHR HollyWood Reports Rick Ross has slammed James Holmes for acting dazed and confused at his court appearance yesterday and believes it’s part of his ploy to claim he’s insane.

"I send my condolences out to the family members of the victims, you know it’s just so senseless," Rozay said.
"You know he think he in the movie, and as I watched him in the court room, now he dizzy, now he dazed. Don’t be dazed now. We want you to be focused when this comes down on you cause that was senseless."
"But all the picture that was leading up to the event he’s smiling and doing this and that and now you dazed."
Rozay then speculated on whether Holmes' doped-up court appearance was part a defence ploy to plead medically insane.
