Jennifer Lopez Quits 'American Idol' Who Should Take Her Place?

Jennifer Lopez has confirmed she will not be returning as a judge on American Idol.
The 42-year-old singer put an end to speculation she was leaving the US' most-watched TV show after two years in the role. Jennifer announced the news during a phone interview with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show yesterday.
"When I signed on to Idol I signed on for one year and I wound up doing two years because I just fell so in love with the show, everybody there... and I didn't know I'd be so moved emotionally by working on the show," Jennifer said.
"Something has to give. I really was dreading this phone call, and you're gonna make me cry. I honestly feel the time has come that I have to get back to doing the other things that I do that I have kinda put on hold because I love Idol so much."
Jennifer went on to explain that she doesn't want the show to hold her back from pursuing other ventures.
"I could keep just doing Idol for the rest of my life but that would be giving up a bunch of other things. We had an amazing run," she said.
The 'On The Floor' singer is currently on her 'Dance Again' world tour, which will be coming to London in October.
Steve Tyler announced his exit from the show this week, while it is rumoured longest-serving judge Randy Jackson may also call curtain time.
Mariah Carey was recently tipped to take Jennifer's place on the panel - who do you think should replace her?  I'm Big Blac This is Your BHR HollyWood Reports
