The Volunteer Health Care Bill...

This brings me to a simple proposal: A direct heath care volunteer bill. This would allow licensed practicing health care providers in good standing to provide their service to non-profit organizations/clinics/hospitals. The organization would then “log the time/service” and compute a “dollar amount” to be used to pay down federal student loans or reduce their personal income tax.
