Nicole Scherzinger Denies Being Sacked From X Factor USA In Denial?

Nicole Scherzinger has denied that she was sacked from X Factor USA earlier this year.

Simon Cowell announced in February that both Nicole and Paula Abdul would not be returning as judges on the US version of the hit talent show. The 'Poison' singer suffered severe backlash from audiences after she failed to make a decision about Rachel Crow during the elimination process.

However, Nicole now claims it was never intended that she would return for a second season after months of the public believing she had been given the axe.

"I was only ever going to do one season. I didn’t get the boot, that’s why Simon brought me here. He is very supportive and I love The X Factor," Nicole told the Metro.

Nicole has now bagged a permanent position on the UK X Factor sitting alongside Tulisa Contostavlos, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh.
