Kris Humphries Asked To Apologise To Ex-Girlfriend Over Booty Call Claims Will He 'Fess Up?

Kris Humphries has been asked to apologise to his ex-girlfriend for claiming they weren't in a serious but casual relationship.

The Brooklyn Nets player's former lover, Myla Sinanaj, was outed earlier this month when they were spotted enjoying a beach date in Miami. Since then, Kris has claimed that Myla was just somebody he hooked up with and even drafted in the FBI to claim that she was trying to extort money out of him in return for keeping silent on the true nature of their relationship.

However, Myla's lawyers claim Kris is lying about the extortion and has asked that he apologise to their client or face a lawsuit.

"I defy them to show that she has asked for one red cent," Myla's lawyer Joe Tacopina toldTMZ.

"I challenge them to submit Kris Humphries to a polygraph and if he does I will have my client do the same. She never asked him for a penny. I have hundreds of text messages and phone records which show he constantly contacted her on a steady basis. He'd call her 50 times in a day."

Tacopina believes Kris made the claims in a bid to protect his image in his divorce from Kim Kardashian.

"There will be a retraction and an apology by Humphries and his lawyer, or else," Tacopina added.
