Beyonce Pens Open Letter To Blind Fan Timmy Kelly So Touching!

Beyonce has written an open letter to one of her fans, Timmy Kelly, who was born blind and with cerebral palsy.
The 'Run The World (Girls)' singer met Timmy for the first time when he was 13 backstage at the Grammy Awards. Timmy almost brought Beyonce to tears when he sang her hit Irreplacable, and she has remembered him ever since.
After finding out that 18-year-old Timmy has graduated from high school and has been accepted to college, Bey has written an open letter congratulating him on his achievements.
"THE FIRST TIME I MET TIMMY KELLY WAS IN 2007, BACKSTAGE AT THE GRAMMYS. HE WAS ONLY 13 AND HE TOUCHED MY HEART WITH HIS VOICE AND HIS LOVE OF MUSIC AND LIFE," Beyonce wrote.
"HE IS 18 NOW AND HE'S JUST GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL - I'M SO PROUD OF HIM!"
"TIMMY WAS BORN BLIND, AND WITH CEREBRAL PALSY. BUT THIS NEVER SLOWED HIM DOWN - HE HAS PROVEN TO EVERYONE, THAT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND WORK HARD."
"IN PHILADELPHIA, HE'S KNOWN AS THE GOOD LUCK CHARM TO THE EAGLES AND WHENEVER HE SINGS THE NATIONAL ANTHEM BEFORE A GAME THEY ALWAYS WIN."
"HIS STRENGTH AND DETERMINATION IS AN INSPIRATION. TIMMY WAS JUST ACCEPTED TO THE TEMPLE UNIVERSITY'S BOYER COLLEGE OF MUSIC AND DANCE."
"CONGRATULATIONS TIMMY! LOVE, B."  I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
