50 Cent Released From Hospital After Horrific Car Crash Doing Ok...

50 Cent has been released from hospital following a horrific car crash in New York City.

The G-Unit mogul was rear-ended by a Mack truck on the Long Island Expressway and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries.

"[50 Cent] was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries. He was released this morning and is doing fine," his spokesperson told TODAY.com.

The driver of the truck which collided into Fiddy's car was also taken to hospital although the status of his health is not known.

Fans became increasingly worried for the rapper after his website ThisIs50.com posted photos of him laying on a stretcher at the scene of the crash.  I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
