At the end of the day, my daughter is happy. She wants for nothing. And we came to a mutual agreement, she takes care of her, I take care of her, and any time she needs something I give it, that’s the agreement I rolled with,” Scrappy adds.
“We dispute that we owe child support and we feel like we have the evidence to support that in court,” says Scrappy lawyer.

Things get heated not only between Scrappy and Erica, but their respective lawyers. At one point, Erica’s lawyer asks Scrappy if he’s been smoking marijuana (to which Scrappy says no), then Scrappy’s lawyer accuses Erica of engaging in shady behavior of her own!
