Mariah Carey Reunites With The-Dream In The Studio

BHR HollyWood Reports Despite all the drama surrounding her American Idol stint, Mariah Carey has refused to put music on a backburner  and is back in the studio working hard on her next album with a special musical guest.

The 'Without You' songstress reunited with record producer The-Dream this week, sharing a snap of herself with the 35-year-old crooner with her fans on Twitter.

Captioning the image with: ''Living The-American-Dream pon de studio,'' the 42-year-old singer can be seen rocking a pair of hot pink leggings and a black tank top, as she sits beside The-Dream, who covers his face behind a fan of money.

The two previously worked together on her 2009 album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, which included the singles 'Obsessed' and 'H.A.T.E.U.'

The-Dream is now Executive Vice President of A&R at Mariah's label, Def Jam Records.

Mimi has been recruiting plenty of big names for her next project, having shared a previous snap of herself with R.Kelly during her Chi-town trip last month, as well as Rick Ross and Meek Mill for her single 'Triumphant (Get ‘Em).'
