Man Alleged stalker of Keyshia Cole faces 13 years in prison .Good Luck Keshia!!

A man charged with stalking R&B; singer Keyshia Cole could be sentenced to up to 13 years in prison if he pleads guilty as expected Thursday in Fulton County Superior Court, prosecutors said.

Torey Webster was indicted on a charge of aggravated stalking and other offenses after repeated arrests in connection with Cole since 2009, according to a news release issued Wednesday night by the Fulton County District Attorney’s office.

Webster’s most recent arrest followed two incidents at the singer’s north Fulton County home in July and August, 2011. He allegedly tried to enter the residence on one occasion, and prowled around it in search of Cole on another occasion.

Cole has filed for at least two orders of protection against Webster, prosecutors said.

The man has been in jail since his arrest on Aug. 19, 2011, charged with aggravated stalking and three misdemeanors: stalking, and two counts of loitering and prowling, Fulton County jail records show. He had been released from a prior arrest for stalking just seven days earlier.

Records show Webster having been booked into the jail on stalking and other charges in July 2011, January 2010 and October 2009.

The defendant is scheduled to appear Thursday morning before Senior Judge Stephanie Manis. The Crimes Against Women and Children Unit is prosecuting the case.
