She's Not Backing Down...... Tameka Foster To File Appeal On Child Custody Decision

BHR HollyWood Reports Despite news confirmation on Friday stating that R&B singer Usher was granted primary custody of his children with ex-wife Tameka Foster, it seems the proud mother is not going to accept the ruling without a fight.

After losing custody of her two sons, Usher V, (4), and Naviyd Ely, (3), Foster has vowed to appeal the ruling, and is already in the process of interviewing new lawyers for the job.
According to TMZ,

''We’re told Tameka recently found out that Usher’s lawyer’s law firm threw an election fundraiser back in 2008 for the judge who presided over the trial…and she feels that connection may have influenced the ruling.
''According to the campaign contribution report for Judge Lane, the law firm that represented Usher raised $1,278 for Lane in March 2008.''

Sources claim that Foster does not understand how the judge could side with the ‘Scream’ singer, who is constantly on the road, as opposed to her.

The site reports:

''Sources tell us...Tameka is baffled by the decision because she argued in court that Usher is constantly on the road, where as she has the more stable schedule…thus it makes no sense to give him primary custody.''

It seems the custody battle has grown exceedingly ugly as time has gone on – hopefully these two can come to some sort of an agreement soon for the sake of their children!  I'm Big Blac This IS Your BHR HollyWood Report
