Floyd Mayweather's Lawyers' Plead For Boxer's Release Should He Be Allowed?

Mayweather’s attorneys are claiming serving time in jail will ruin Floyd’s boxing career, and will result in the undefeated champion getting out of shape in solitary confinement.
The 35-year-old's lawyer Richard Wright said he'd be willing to have the boxer serve the sentence in an apartment or somewhere less luxurious than Mayweather's posh Las Vegas-area home.
"I'm not looking for special treatment for Floyd Mayweather," Wright said. "I'm looking for fair treatment."
Mayweather pleaded guilty in December to misdemeanor domestic battery and no contest to two harassment charges that stemmed from an attack on his ex-girlfriend. He was sentenced to three months and entered the jail June 1.
He is currently being kept in solitary confinement where he sits in his cell for 23-hours of the day, but his legal team believe the boxer isn’t getting the right food or exercise because of his imprisonment.
In court documents, Floyd’s lawyers said,
“Any lengthy period of time with an inappropriate diet, coupled with lack of regular exercise, will most likely lead to irreversible damage to Mr. Mayweather’s physique.”
Do you think Mayweather should be allowed to train for future boxing matches whilst he’s supposed to be serving time?  I'm Big Blac this is your BHR HollyWood Report
