Rapper Foxy Brown Slams VH1 For Leaving Her And Lauryn Hill Out Of The 2016 Hip Hop Honors Awards Show
BHR Hollywood Reports........Foxy Brown has spoken out against VH1's "Hip Hop Honors" special, after fans bemoaned that she was omitted from the honoree and performers lineup.
Visibly missing from VH1’s recent Hip Hop Honors special were female emcees Foxy Brown and Lauryn Hill.

After many fans complained about Foxy’s omission from the honoree lineup, Foxy finally took to her Instagram account to speak out.
Female rappers from veterans like Eve and Da Brat and younger MCs, such as Lil Mama and Def Loaf, paid trbute to the show's honorees, Lil Kim, Missy Elliott, Queen Latifah and Salt-N-Pepa.

Brown, who many would say was a pioneer in female rap, was noticeably absent.
Seemingly bothered by her exclusion, the Brooklyn native assured her fans that she isn't losing sleep over it.
"Personally, I'd Prefer Being Held To A Much Higher Standard In My Walk," Brown wrote, before going in for the kill.
"We've Been Blessed To Set The Bar At It's Highest Heights; Most Notably Receiving The 2016 Historic "KEY" To My CITY of BROOKLYN.....Therefore, Humbly Speaking The CALIBER Of HONOR I'd Aspire To Are Those 'UPPER ECHELON.
