On top of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's impending divorce, the couple is dealing with a lawsuit from a former nanny who believes she was wrongfully terminated.

Simonette DaCosta was the full-time nanny when their twins were infants.

 She says she fed, bathed and took care of t
heir every need, but was berated by Carey for being too affectionate.

DaCosta's lawsuit suggests the singer was jealous because the children liked her a little too much.

She also claims she often put in overtime, sometimes 100 hours a week.

DaCosta is seeking back pay and money for other damages.

After hiring the nanny when her twins were still infants.

It is believed that Mariah became jealous when Simonette developed a very close relationship with them, and her former employee is also suing for being overworked and forced to look after the children for more than 100-hours a week.
