BHR Hollywood Reports.......Six months after announcing that she was putting her tour on hold while she planned a family, Janet Jackson is officially acknowledging her pregnancy with an exclusive in People magazine with her baby bump on full display.

In April, Jackson postponed her “Unbreakable World Tour” to plan a family with her husband, Wissam Al Mana.

“I thought it was important that you would be the first to know my husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour,” she told fans at the time.

“Please, if you can try to understand that it’s important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor’s orders. But I have not forgotten about you. I will continue to tour as soon as I possibly can.”

Now, insiders have confirmed the long-standing rumor that she was pregnant with her first child.

To go with this confirmation, the mom-to-be also released an official pregnancy portrait. Shot by photographer Solaiman Fazel, Jackson has that motherly glow as she dons all white at the beach.

Over the last few months, Jackson has kept a low profile and was recently spotted shopping for baby buys at London’s Back in Action furniture store.

“She is super excited about her pregnancy and is doing extremely well,” a source close to the Jackson family previously told PEOPLE. “She actually feels very good about everything.”
