BHR Hollywood Reports...........R&B singer Ray J is finally gearing up to respond to rap star Kanye West‘s “Famous” record. Nearly a year after the infectious banger premiered, the singer is firing back.

According to Ray J, he will shoot back at Yeezy with his own Chris Brown-assisted song, also called, “Famous.”

“I really wasn’t going to put out another album because I was doing my tech and bikes,” he said. “But I went in the studio, and I felt like I was just connecting with the music. The bars started coming.”

Ray’s version of “Famous” — which is set to appear on his visual album Raydemption — will feature Breezy, whose likeness also appeared in Yeezy’s controversial video for “Famous.”

Now, Ray, who married Princess Love in August, says he shouldn’t be blamed for having a retaliation ready. “You can’t fault me and Chris for responding to all the things that have been done about us [in the media] over the last few months,” he said.

This could also be a reference to Breezy’s ongoing gun case. Ray was at Brown’s home the day he allegedly threatened a woman with a gun, something both Ray and Chris deny.

On Yeezy’s “Famous” track, he directly goes at Ray J’s head.

In the original song, ‘Ye raps about Ray J’s relationship with Kim Kardashian: “I bet me and Ray J would be friends if we ain’t love the same b*tch / Yeah, he might’ve hit it first / Only problem is I’m rich.”
