Concert Promoter Jeremy Hill Is Placing A Lawsuit On Faith
Evans For Ditching A Scheduled Performance At The Wolf Creek Amphitheater
BHR Hollywood Reports........Faith Evans is at the center of a lawsuit after reportedly jumping ship for a scheduled performance in order to take part in the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour.

According to reports, concert promoter Jeremy Hill wants justice for Evans pulling the plug on a previously billed September 10th show he paid her $17,500 for.

Hill says he knew things were going south when he found out she was going to be part of the Diddy and co’s big tour. He especially took note of the fact the Bad Boy tour would be in Atlanta on Sept. 8.

That’s a big problem because Hill says his contract with Faith included a non-compete — as in she can’t perform within a 100 mile radius of his gig during the 6 months leading up to Sept.

10. Hill’s suing to block Faith from doing the Bad Boy show in Atlanta … and he also wants at least $100k for leaving him at the altar.

According to legal documents, Jeremy Hill booked Faith Evans to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on September 10, 2016.

Hill says his contract with Evans included a non-compete clause, meaning that she wouldn't be allowed to perform anywhere within a 100 mile radius of his scheduled show for the six months leading up to September 10th. Nonetheless, Hill says that Evans is trying to back out of his deal.

He's suing her in an attempt to block her from doing the Atlanta Bad Boy show, and he's also demanding $100,000 for getting ditched.
