BHR Hollywood Reports...........Mississippi-born rapper and producer David Banner was arrested for inciting a fight outside of a Washington DC bar Sunday night.

The Mississippi emcee tried to gain entry to Ozio Restaurant and Lounge in Washington, D.C., and when one of Banner’s friends couldn’t get in, he lost it.

Banner flipped out on the security guard and was subsequently detained. He was then arrested and released. Apparently, he was taken in for inciting a fight after throwing money and credit cards at the club’s security.

“I got you n***a!”, I got you,” he was heard shouting at the bouncer. “You a sellout n****s. I got money.” When the responding officer tried to step in and break everything up, that’s when DB
Mississippi Rapper David Banner
decided to go after him. “I don’t give a f**k about no police!” Ouch.

A video shows Banner yelling at officers when they arrived on the scene. He was arrested shortly thereafter. Banner responded on Twitter Wednesday:

David Banner New Album "The God Box"
"Club Ozio in #Washington DC I hope that you treat the people of the city better than what I experienced last night. If not #shutitdown.

If we spend our money with you then treat our people right. I hope to represent my people with grace, style and respect.

‘But’ I’m a grown man. There is a point where I must protect ‘My’ honor first. What happened to me is not important. It is my feeling
though that it may be a common practice. If so, that is the bigger problem.”

Banner's long-awaited new album "The God Box," which he has on record said is his best work yet, has been delayed multiple times.

The album, which includes features from Mississippians Big K.R.I.T. and Tito Lopez, has a Aug. 19 release date on iTunes.
