BHR Hollywood Reports............When Wednesday's Lakers-Jazz bout ends, Kobe Bryant will have played his final NBA game.

The surreality of the basketball great's retirement is not lost on writer Scoop Jackson and Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar, both of whom honored the L.A. icon with an ESPN video Monday night.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper is a well-known Lakers fan and has been seen courtside at many games. For this project, Lamar teamed with ESPN, voicing a piece

The video itself sees Lamar walking through the Great Western Forum, where Kobe began his Lakers career.

Of course, it also features a collection of Kobe’s greatest highlights and memories over the last 20 years, with Lamar seeming to take extra joy in remembering Kobe’s dunk over Dwight Howard in 2004.

Anyone who is a fan of Kobe, and Lamar, should check out the video as the spoken word, and highlights combine to make a video unlike any other.
