Porsche disputes Meadow Walker’s claims responding that Paul was “a knowledgeable and sophisticated user of the 2005 Carrera GT” and that he should not have let the car’s driver, Roger Rodas, recklessly drive the car at a high rate of speed (over 100 mph), which the police ruled was the cause of the crash.
Porsche also refuted Walker’s claims that the vehicle fell apart, stating that the car was “misused and improperly maintained” due to it being “abused and altered” prior to the incident.
