 Neo Soul Artist Eryka Badu Is Set To Host 2016 Soul Train Awards  

BHR Hollywood Reports............The Soul Train Awards will celebrate their 29th airing next month with none other than R&B singer and performer Erykah Badu hosting the program.

The souls-tress will help celebrate today’s biggest stars and R&B legends during the ceremony, which will be taped on Nov. 6 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, and air Nov. 29 at 8 p.m. EST on Centric and BET.

Expect some unpredictable moments from Badu, who once tried to kiss a reporter during a live broadcast and even stripped naked in public in her music video for “Window Seat.”

The Soul Train Awards will be honoring Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds with the Legend Award and Jill Scott with the Lady of Soul Award.

 Scott recently received her second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with Woman.

Bruno Mars, The Weeknd and Mark Ronson have the most nominations, with five each.
