Comedian Bill Cosby's 2005 Rape Case Will Continue To Be Closed 

 BHR Hollywood Reports...............Tamara Green, the woman currently suing the 77-year-old comedian for defamation, has been denied access to confidential files pertaining to the case.

According to The Jasmine Brand, a judge shut down her request to subpoena the records which she believed had remarks from Cosby about assaulting other women, herself included.

Green recently submitted documents asking the court to unseal the 2005 lawsuit filed by a woman named Andrea Constand.

 She is widely known as the first woman to publicly accuse the star of drugging and sexually assaulting her.

Cosby and Constand eventually settled out of court and the allegations were swept under the rug.

In this most recent case, Cosby argued that documents from the 2005 case were irrelevant and Green's motion to subpoena the records was inappropriate, not to mention a breach of Cosby and Constand's confidentiality agreement.

A federal court judge denied Green's request on May 7, keeping the documents sealed to the public.
