BHR Hollywood Reports.......The divorce is still on between Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey, with the latest dispute happening over their Bel-Air mansion.

 The actor/TV host is suing over the shared property that was sold without his authorization.

According to a new lawsuit, Cannon claims he had no idea about the $9 million sale of the couple's California home and he believes their business manager Michael Kane was solely dealing with Carey's people in the deal.

Cannon says he didn't learn of the sale until after the deal was finalized.While he has no issue with the sale, Cannon is upset that Kane failed keep him in the loop about the business dealings.

 He's also concerned about how the money will be divided, so he's asked a judge to freeze the $9 million until the matter is settled.

Kane is reportedly calling the lawsuit "frivolous" and says it's "clearly a desperate act from a sadly desperate man."
