BHR Hollywood Reports........En Vogue has managed to clock more legal battles than record sales, and their troubles won't be letting up any time soon, thanks to a recently filed lawsuit against the once-popular R&B girl group.

Rufftown Entertainment has filed a $100 million lawsuit against the ladies for breach of contract.

According to the label's owner, Rene Moore; one half of the 80s R&B duo Rene & Angela; the company fronted original members Terry Ellis, 51, Cindy Herron, 53, and Maxine Jones, 53, around $190K to reunite back in 2010.

 That reunion fell through, and Ellis and Herron replaced Jones with singer Rhona Bennett, 38.In 2014, the ladies signed with Pyramid Records;who have also been named in the suit.

Formed in 1989, En Vogue topped the pop and R&B charts throughout the nineties, garnering seven Grammy Award nominations, seven MTV Video Music Awards, two American Music Awards, and four Soul Train Awards.

En Vogue is currently recording their seventh studio album Electric Café, their first project since 2004's Soul Flower.
