Chris Brown Is Denied Into Canada Due To Immigration Issues

BHR Hollywood Reports.........Chris Brown was barred from crossing the border into Canada by immigration officials on Tuesday, leading Live Nation to cancel shows in Toronto and Montreal.

"The good people of the Canadian government wouldn't allow me entry.

 I'll be back this summer and will hopefully see all my Canadian fans!" the R&B star tweeted to his followers (the tweet appears to have since been deleted).

Brown gave no reason why he was denied entry into Canada. Live Nation cited "immigration issues" when it announced late Tuesday that the Between The Sheets Tour dates featuring Brown and Trey Songz at the Bell Centre in Montreal on Tuesday night and at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto on Wednesday night were canceled.

Brown was scheduled to play in Montreal Tuesday night and Toronto Wednesday night. According to Brown, both shows were sold out.

Canadian law dictates a person could be "criminally inadmissible" if they have been convicted of a crime involving assault.
