The R&B Queen "MJB" is back with another Hit "Whole Dwan Year" from The London Sessions album

Mary J Blige
BHR Hollywood Reports.....Mary J. Blige and Sam Smith teamed up earlier in the year for a well-received cover of Smith’s top five hit “Stay with Me,” so it was only natural when it was originally announced that Smith was collaborating with the R&B singer on her new The London Sessions album.

MJB Is Back with New Music
“Therapy” certainly has Smith’s mark all over it. The song has a throwback sound, certainly borrowing a bit from the doo-wop, classic soul sound that made or broke hundreds of stars and has resurfaced on albums from Amy Winehouse and, more recently, Smith.

“Why would I spend the rest of my days unhappy? / Why would I spend the rest of my year alone?” Blige asks. “When I can go to therapy / Two times a day.”

Though it’s a Smith co-write, Blige is the main feature here. However, certain backing vocals sound like they may have come from the rising British singer.Blige’s London Sessions is due for release Nov. 24. It’s scheduled to include Disclosure and Naughty Boy as fellow collaborators.
