Ludacris loses custody battle against his baby mama Tamika Fuller has Distrub The Peace for $35,000 monthly
BHR HollyWood Reports....... The court was not on Ludacris’ side as the rapper ended up losing a legal battle to gain full custody of his 4-month old daughter, Cai Bella.
Legal documents obtained by media show that the the girl’s mother, Tamika Fuller, was awarded full custody on the grounds that being with her mother is in the best interest of the child.
“The Petitioner shall pay the Guardian ad Litem’s initial retainer of $7,500.00, to be replenished to the full amount when depleted to $1,500.00,” the legal documents read. “The Petitioner shall pay the Guardian ad Litem’s initial retainer of $7,500.00, to be replenished to the full amount when depleted to $1,500.00,” the documents read.
“The Guardian ad Litem shall be billed at a rate of $325.00 per hour. The retainer shall be paid directly to the Guardian ad Litem within 14 days of the entry of this order.”
As if nothing worse could happen, the judge honored Fuller’s request that Luda pay all of her attorneys fees as he ruled that the rap would have to pay $35,000 within 10 days from the date of the order.
“Petitioner shall pay to Respondent’s counsel, Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00), in addition to any amounts previously awarded or paid, as an award of temporary attorney’s fees and expenses of litigation,” according to the March 20 ruling.
After his motion to find Fuller in contempt was denied, Ludacris ended up being ordered to pay an additional $2,000.
