Marissa Alexander maybe going back to serve the balance of sentence violated an order to remain on home detention as a condition of her temporary release
BHR HollyWood Reports......The Florida woman (Marissa Alexander) who fired a warning shot at her abusive ex-husband and was sentenced to 20 years in prison, is in real danger of going back to serve the balance of sentence after being granted bail for a new trial.

Florida State Attorney Angela Corey filed a motion Monday to revoke Alexander’s bond.

According to reports, Alexander violated an order to remain on home detention as a condition of her temporary release until her new trial begins. The state attests that Alexander allegedly left her home numerous times to run errands.

Alexander was released on bond November 27, 2013. She is currently awaiting a new trial for firing a warning shot in the ceiling during an altercation with her ex-husband.

The motion will be reviewed on Friday, January 10, at 9 a.m.
